MEET ATTORNEY COURTNEY COTTER

Attorney Courtney Cotter was born and raised in Michigan. During her time in Michigan, she graduated from Ferris State University with a Degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies.

After graduating from Ferris she had an opportunity to move to Tennessee leaving behind everything she knew and everyone she loved. Soon after moving to Tennessee she attended law school at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law.

When she is not practicing law Attorney Cotter can be found watching sports, or spending time with her family and husky.

Attorney Cotter's Accident

Eleven years ago, Attorney Cotter found herself in the driver's seat of an auto accident. The impact was not just physical but also emotional and financial. It led to surgery, months of rehabilitation, and navigating through a maze of legal complexities. It was a period of immense challenge, but it was also a time of profound learning.

That experience fundamentally changed her. It made her someone who truly understands the physical and emotional toll an auto accident can take on an individual and their loved ones. It's a journey marked by pain, uncertainty, and frustration.

But amidst the chaos, she found her calling. She dedicated herself to helping others navigate through the aftermath of auto accidents, just like she did. Her journey fuels her passion to fight for the rights of those who have been injured, to ensure they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
